Custom Reports are pre-built reports created by the Carefree Support team, tailored specifically to your system's data and your organization's reporting needs. Unlike the [[Alarm Journal]] or [[Tag Historian]] — which you configure yourself in real time — Custom Reports are designed and built by Carefree Support ahead of time to match a specific recurring need. Examples include daily pump runtime summaries, monthly flow totals, water quality trend reports, or operator shift logs. ## Where to Find Custom Reports Custom Reports appear under the **Analytics** section of the left-side navigation bar. Each report built for your account will be listed there by name. If no Custom Reports appear, none have been configured for your account yet. See below for how to request one. ## How to Run a Custom Report 1. From the left-side navigation bar, click **Analytics**. 2. Locate and click the name of the Custom Report you want to view. 3. If the report has date range or filter options, set your desired parameters. 4. The report will generate and display your results. ## Requesting a New Custom Report If you need a report that is not currently available, submit a request through the [[Support Tickets]] page: 1. Navigate to **Help → Support Tickets** in the left-side navigation bar. 2. Create a new ticket of type **Feature Request** or **General Support**. 3. In your description, include: - Which Sites or tags the report should cover - What data you need (e.g., daily totals, peak values, equipment run times) - The time period or frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) - Any preferred output format Carefree Support will review your request and work with you to design and configure the report. ## Scheduled Delivery Custom Reports can be configured to run automatically and be delivered to your team on a schedule — for example, every Monday morning or on the first of each month.
