## Submitting a Support Ticket
The Support Tickets page in CarefreeSCADA gives you a direct line to the Carefree Support team. You can use it to report bugs, request new features, or get help with anything related to your CarefreeSCADA system.
**To access Support Tickets:**
1. From the left-side navigation bar, click **Help**.
2. Click **Support Tickets**.
3. Click the button to create a new ticket, fill in the details, and submit.
## Types of Tickets
When submitting a ticket, you will select a type that best describes your request:
- **Bug Report** — Something in CarefreeSCADA is not working as expected. Include as much detail as possible about what happened and what you expected to happen instead.
- **Feature Request** — You would like new functionality added to your CarefreeSCADA system. Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why it would help your operations.
- **General Support** — For questions or assistance that do not fit neatly into Bug or Feature categories.
## What to Include in Your Ticket
A clear, detailed ticket helps the Carefree Support team resolve your issue faster. Please include:
- **Site name** — Which site or location is affected, if applicable
- **Description** — A clear description of the issue or what you need
- **Steps to reproduce** — *(For bugs)* What steps led to the issue, and what did you see happen?
- **Urgency** — How time-sensitive is this? Is it affecting operations right now?
## Expected Response Time
The Carefree Support team monitors submitted tickets and aims to respond promptly during normal business hours. Response time may vary based on ticket type and current volume, but urgent operational issues are prioritized.

If you have an urgent situation that requires immediate attention, **do not wait for a ticket response.** Call the main ACS line directly:
